Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Traumalis, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company”) Service by all users. The Service is available at traumalis.com.

2. PERMITTED USES

2.1 Professional Healthcare: Use by licensed healthcare professionals within their scope of practice

2.2 Clinical Support: As a supplement to professional medical judgment and patient care

2.3 Authorized Access: Only by users with valid accounts and proper authorization

3. PROHIBITED USES

3.1 Unlicensed Practice: Use by unlicensed individuals for medical decision-making

3.2 Emergency Situations: Use for urgent medical decisions or emergency care

3.3 Sole Reliance: Using Service outputs as the sole basis for medical decisions

3.4 Unauthorized Access: Sharing credentials or accessing accounts without permission

3.5 Harmful Content: Inputting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

4. TECHNICAL RESTRICTIONS

4.1 No Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

4.2 No Excessive Use: Automated or excessive requests that burden system resources

4.3 No Circumvention: Attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures

5. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Legal Compliance: All use must comply with applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Professional Standards: Healthcare professionals must follow applicable professional standards

5.3 Organizational Policies: Users must comply with their organization’s policies

6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

We may monitor Service use to ensure compliance with this Policy and may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Report suspected violations to: support@traumalis.com

8. UPDATES

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
